Elionova enables the users to make their own assays as for ELISA. In fact, it is simple to transfer any existing ELISA to the ElioDX ® platform.

- Same material e.g. polystyrene, high binding

- Same reaction kinetics (flat bottom reaction vessel)

- Similar buffers / temperature conditions
