Dr. Moser studied electrical engineering at ETHZ and specialized in Biomedical Engineering. Since 1990 he is a lecturer for Biomedical Engineering at ETHZ.

He developed novel ultrasonic Doppler devices and RF circuits for MRI systems. From 1997 – 2006 he worked as an expert for medical systems at Sulzer Innotec in Winterthur where he developed an ultrasound device for 3D real-time heart imaging.

He then became CTO for a startup company and developed a medical Doppler device for Medizintechnik Basler AG.

Since 2009 he is a professor for Systems Engineering and Medical Electronics at Interstaatliche Hochschule für Technik Buchs NTB. From 2013 – 2017 he served as an expert in the CTI lifescience team.
